Shipping Policy

We aim to get all orders placed before 3pm packed and on their way the same day. Anything after 3pm will find it's way to Post Office the next working day.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually delivers within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way, so you can keep an eye on it from door to door.

Please note: weekends and bank holidays aren’t counted as working days, so orders placed then will be processed the following working day.

A Friendly Heads-Up for Our International Friends

We're stoked to be shipping our gear to riders all over the world. For the US we're using Fedex, and for Europe and RoW we're using Royal Mail International. To make sure your order goes as smoothly as possible, here's a quick and important note about international deliveries.

When your shipment arrives in your country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are fees set by your country's government and are completely out of our control. We can't predict what these charges will be, as they vary widely from country to country.

To avoid any surprises, we highly recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on their specific policies and potential fees.

One more thing: if a delivery is refused, you will be responsible for the full costs of sending the parcel to you and for its return to us.
