Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to get all orders packed and on their way by the next working day.
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually delivers within 2–3 working days once dispatched.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way, so you can keep an eye on it from door to door.
Please note: weekends and bank holidays aren’t counted as working days, so orders placed then will be processed the following working day.

We're stoked to be shipping our gear to riders all over the world. To make sure your order goes as smoothly as possible, here's a quick and important note about international deliveries.
When your shipment arrives in your country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are fees set by your country's government and are completely out of our control. We can't predict what these charges will be, as they vary widely from country to country.
To avoid any surprises, we highly recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on their specific policies and potential fees.
One more thing: if a delivery is refused, you will be responsible for the full costs of sending the parcel to you and for its return to us.
We want your experience with us to be as great as your ride, so please keep this in mind. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How to return: Drop us a message at chris@holybraap.com with your order number, and we’ll get you sorted with the return details. Please note return postage is at the buyer's expense.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to show in your account.
